Anna graduated from Queens University with a Bachelors of Science Honours in Kinesiology before receiving her Masters in Physical Therapy from McMaster University.

Anna is passionate about cheerleading, having competed and coached for 10 years, winning National Championships and competing at the Summit. Anna has continued to grow her love for cheerleading since her competitive days as choreographer for teams across Canada.

Anna is excited to continue her work in the cheerleading community with CheerMed, taking an active approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation, and encouraging athlete independence with self management and education!

Aside from physiotherapy, Anna likes to spend her time at the gym, travelling, and of course watching cheer!

Allie is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and a Registered Massage Therapist.

Throughout high school she participated in dance, field hockey, track and field and cheerleading. Allie has 6 years of cheerleading experience cheering for Cheer Sport Sharks - even travelling to Italy and the UK to compete! Allie has developed a love for cheerleading over her years competing and now enjoys coaching tumbling and tiny non-compete teams.

Allie has been looking forward to treating athletes as well as parents & families at CheerMed since starting her Massage Therapy program in 2015. She excels at treating in many different settings, including athletics, rehabilitation centres and long term care, and enjoys working with all ages.

Sam graduated from the University of Ottawa with her Masters in Physiotherapy, and previously from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology with a Minor in Pscyhology. Since graduating, Sam continues her education with various courses such as concussion management, functional dry needling, management of injuries with athletic population. She also continues to learn through experience & collaboration with other health care providers in the athletic world.

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Sam was a competitive cheerleading for 10 years, and competed on worlds teams including Great White Sharks, and Grey Reef Sharks. She also represented her country on Team Canada All Girl from 2010-2013. She is now the physiotherapist for the Team Canada Premier All Girl.

She is so excited to give back to the cheerleading community and provide informed care for these athlete. Sam prioritizes an active approach with compassion, fun and promoting self-advocacy in young athletes.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active, hanging out with her dog, making sure she can still do a standing back tuck, cooking, and travelling!
